These terms apply to business use of StarMagnet, a trading name of GoDodo. StarMagnet helps businesses connect Google Business Profile, understand Google reviews and prepare or manage professional review replies.

0. Service provider

StarMagnet is provided by GoDodo, a sole proprietorship also trading as StarMagnet. Dutch Chamber of Commerce number: 50253743. VAT number: NL001881856B54. Registered address: Stationsplein 26, 6512 AB Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Contact: info@gododo.nl.

1. Service

StarMagnet provides software and support for review management and Google Business Profile workflows. Features may change, expand or be temporarily limited during MVP and pilot stages.

Free Preview is intended to demonstrate how StarMagnet works and what value it may provide. It does not create a right to permanent availability, full functionality or automatic review follow-up.

StarMagnet is only available to businesses as defined in article 6:230g(1)(b) of the Dutch Civil Code. Consumers may not use the service.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for accurate account details, secure email access and access to the Google account used to manage your Google Business Profile. StarMagnet may only act on your behalf after you grant permission.

You confirm that you are authorised to manage each connected profile and to grant access to the selected profiles, locations, reviews and replies. If you are not authorised, we may suspend or terminate access and you are responsible for resulting third-party claims or damage.

3. Subscription and payment

StarMagnet may offer free previews, pilot arrangements and paid subscriptions. Stripe handles payments and subscription management. Unless stated otherwise, paid subscriptions are billed in advance and continue until cancelled.

Prices, review volumes, location counts and included features may vary by plan. Pilot discounts or custom arrangements apply only when confirmed in writing or by email.

You may cancel no later than 30 days before the end of the current subscription period, unless Stripe, the customer portal or a written agreement offers a more flexible option. Service continues until the end of a paid period. Payments are not refunded unless agreed in writing or required by law.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. If you do not accept an increase, you may end the subscription before the new price takes effect. We may suspend access for overdue payment. Statutory commercial interest under article 6:119a of the Dutch Civil Code and reasonable collection costs may apply.

Stripe's terms may also apply to payment transactions. GoDodo is not liable for technical failures, delays or errors at Stripe or other payment services.

4. Cancellation and suspension

You can cancel through the options provided in the customer portal or Stripe. Access to paid features may end or be limited after cancellation.

We may suspend or terminate the agreement immediately for abuse, unauthorised use, bankruptcy, suspension of payments, business closure, non-payment or another serious breach of these terms.

5. Review replies

StarMagnet is a tool for preparing, checking and managing review replies. AI-generated replies are drafts and are not guaranteed to be factually accurate, legally correct, complete or free from bias. You remain responsible for all replies published on behalf of your business.

Review drafts before use, especially for complaints, sensitive situations, legal matters or reviews that may concern another organisation.

Automatic publishing only occurs when the feature is available, you explicitly enable it and the required Google access remains active. By enabling it, you confirm that StarMagnet may prepare AI drafts and publish them after your chosen delay, and that you are responsible for reviewing scheduled replies during that period.

If you leave automatic publishing enabled and do not edit or stop a scheduled reply before its publishing time, StarMagnet may treat it as approved within your settings.

6. Google Business Profile

You must hold the necessary management rights for connected Google Business Profiles. You may not use the connection for misleading, unlawful or unauthorised activity.

StarMagnet depends on Google APIs, OAuth, Business Profile permissions, quotas and policies. Google may change, limit or withdraw access, scopes, quotas, review functions or API behaviour, which may limit features temporarily or permanently.

You can revoke access through your Google account or through StarMagnet where disconnection is available. After disconnection, StarMagnet cannot retrieve new profile data or act on your behalf.

7. Availability

We aim to keep StarMagnet reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and changes to Google, Stripe, email or AI services may affect operation and do not create liability for GoDodo.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GoDodo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost revenue, reputational damage, data loss, incorrect AI output or loss caused by the use, failure or change of external platforms. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for StarMagnet in the three months before the loss.

For free previews or free pilots, liability is limited to direct loss up to EUR 100 where legally permitted. These limits do not apply to intent or deliberate recklessness by GoDodo or its management.

9. Acceptable use

You must use StarMagnet carefully, lawfully and in line with the rules of Google, Stripe and connected services. You may not use it to create or publish misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, spam-like or unauthorised content. Abuse may result in suspension or termination.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes in advance or when you next use the service. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.

11. Governing law and court

Dutch law governs these terms and the use of StarMagnet. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of the Gelderland District Court, Arnhem location.
